Monitoring Methods for Quality Assurance
Guards maintain detailed OB/logbooks on site—fully accessible to clients for transparency and accountability. Our independent QA unit reports directly to the Managing Director, providing an objective, continuous analysis of service levels.

Operational Discipline
Before deployment, personnel are inspected for full, neat uniform and equipment (baton, handcuffs, rainwear, pocketbook and pens, ID, watch). Attendance is verified; absentees are replaced by trained relievers. Breathalyser checks are performed; private cell phones are restricted while on post.
Daytime sites are visited by dedicated Area Managers; during silent hours, supervisors conduct rounds. Operations and Field Managers perform additional after-hours checks for full coverage.
